On-Site Assessment Information

 

Students eligible to apply will be invited to DESA for an interview and a two-part assessment, which includes:

• Interview (10 Points)

  • Leadership , Goals, and Personal Interest

• Computer-based Assessment: (20 Points)

  • Critical Thinking in Math, Reading from 5th Grade 

• Essay Writing (20 Points)

  • Students should present clear and well-structured ideas, ensuring their thoughts flow logically from one point to the next.

What should students bring on the day of testing?

Students should bring the following items on testing day:

• A fully charged computer

• A water bottle

• A sweater or jacket
